The Ambition barrels are designed to give confidence in your grip, with grip reference in key areas of the barrel, no matter where you are holding the barrel it allows you to return to the same places consistently. The Scalloped areas (or dips) in the barrel allow for comfortable finger position and a clear reference point, where the grip in between has wider grooves so you can feel the difference in areas and allow for consistent placement.
